:The major reason why I don't support this is that this article contains some history that might be out-of-place in a discussion of SI. Also: if you're going to do the merge, then make sure you preserve the present headers. Proposed Merger

- The major reason why I don't support this is that this article contains some history that might be out-of-place in a discussion of SI. Also: if you're going to do the merge, then make sure you preserve the present headers.
