It's quite possible I overlooked something, but right now, it doesn't look too great, unless there's some hack that lets us do it. Preventing the Useful Links from breaking out of the Welcome box
Just insert {{clear}} right behind the last exclamation mark to make the box look less broken:

- The things I threw at it didn't work as I had hoped. I now included a workaround: Just call the template as {{welcome|sig=~~~}} to get (in my case):
