Since sysops seem to make up rules as they go along [1] a policy that has some reasonable checks on deletions, except where there is a rule violation is a bit pointless because an editor can never know what a particular sysop's rules are. Conservapedia really only has one rule found here.
- Sysop's and Bureaucrats are the Administrators of Conservapedia. Their instructions, as to Conservapedia policy and/or the appropriateness or inappropriateness of user actions, are to be followed. Failure to do so will result in the user being blocked.
Put in lay language that means
- Sysops may do whatever they want, everyone else has to do what they are told.
If a sysop feels something is inappropriate they should just take what ever action they deem necessary. If a sysop was not capable of doing this in the best interests of Conservapedia they wouldn't be a sysop. If it ain't broke why fix it? Auld Nick 15:26, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
