Owens got in a very public [[Instagram]] dispute with vulgar pop star Cardi B in September 2020. Cardi B, with her 70 million followers, was exploited by the [[Democratic National Committee]] and [[2020 Biden campaign]] to keep African Americans on the Democrat plantation.  Cardi B ended up deleting all her comments fom her end of the debate. In summary, Owen posed,
