Cape Breton Island located at 46 degress North and 60 degrees West is one of the richest areas in Canada. The economy of Cape Breton is booming with call centers, marijuana farmers, and bootleggers making up the backbone of the Cape Breton economy. It is also well known for its excellent roads and low crime rate.
