I cited a source.  Did the person who removed this cite one? Maestro 16:23, 1 October 2007 (EDT)

:Did you even read your source?  The story only cited Groening - a known joker and mischief-maker who writes fiction for a living - as the source of the claim; Fox News denied there was ever a threat of a lawsuit.  Either you were duped by Groening or you intentionally presented the story as serious and true in an attempt to deceive people.--Conservateur 11:15, 2 October 2007 (EDT)

::Then it should be quite easy to find a quote from Fox News denying the rumor. The only cite here is Conservateur. Maestro 12:42, 2 October 2007 (EDT)

List of controversial or objectionable moments?
 +
 +
The Simpsons is a massively popular show and I think it'd be helpful and important to list some of the controversial or objectional moments in the show in the article. There are many episodes most conservapedians would find noteworthy, such as episodes about creationism, gay marriage, political scandals, the Iraq war, and at least a half-dozen about Christianity... if this sounds like a good idea it won't take me long at all to type up a list of episodes, summaries and references.
