But I'm excited and interested that soon 3 billion people will profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Many believe this end-times harvest will lead to a Billion Soul Harvest. Benny Prasad said, from the above link: "I believe ‘Jesus Celebration 2033’ is ordained and initiated by God. I support this vision 100% and urge the Body of Christ from all nations to unite together to celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ’s resurrection, the greatest event in all of history." I agree that Christianity is growing fast in China, and I would add India and Africa to the list. Those three places alone can help Christendom cross the 3 billion souls mark. Persecution is fierce in some of these regions, but as you say, persecution does not stop the rapid growth of the Kingdom of God. And Internet Evangelism really is the key. 7.5 billion people will use the internet by 2030, up nearly 4 billion from current levels, I think. There's a huge opportunity for the Body of Christ to leverage this platform.
We must win the intellectual, moral and spiritual battle with atheists on the internet. Atheism and liberal secularist ideologies are the main threat.
