Clarence Burgess Owens (born August 2, 1951) is a former NFL player and the current representative of Utah's 4th Congressional district. He along with Byron Donalds are the only two African American representatives in the house that are Republicans.
Political Positions
Owens vote for both the objection for Pennsylvania and Arizona.[1]
Unfortunately, he also backed Lindsey Graham and some RINO representatives on an amnesty plan.[2]
