Essay: Why does the president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte require Philippine citizens to wear a mask and a face shield and the wimpy Anthony Fauci not stress wearing a mask and a face shield? (view source)

Sadly, the pantywaist Anthony Fauci lacks the intestinal fortitude to talk about the benefits of wearing a mask '''as well as a face shield''' to the American public. Anthony Fauci merely has enough machismo to ask people to wear a mask. Señor Anthony Fauci has muy pequeño (very little) machismo!

I realize that science is based on replicating studies, but I will share a Stanford University study:
:“The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective of viral and infectious disease such as SARS-CoV-2 and COVID -19...
:According to the current knowledge, the virus SARS-CoV-2 has a diameter of 60 nm to 140 nm [nanometers (billionth of a meter)] [16], [17], while medical and non-medical facemasks’ thread diameter ranges from 55 µm to 440 µm [micrometers (one millionth of a meter), which is more than 1000 times larger. Due to the difference in sizes between SARS-CoV-2 diameter and facemasks thread diameter (the virus is 1000 times smaller), SARS-CoV-2 can easily pass through any facemask."[https://greatamericanpolitics.com/2021/04/liberals-furious-over-stanford-study-that-found-masks-are-useless-against-covid/]
Healthline.com: "Researchers found that when a cough was simulated, the double mask blocked 85.4 percent of the aerosol particles. This is compared to 51.4 percent and 56.1 percent for the cloth and surgical mask, respectively."[https://www.healthline.com/health/double-masking#how-to]
Double masking and wearing a face shield is the way to go. '''Please see:''' [https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2769693 SARS-CoV-2 Infection Among Community Health Workers in India Before and After Use of Face Shields]
As far as shopping, I have been double masking and wearing a face shield for some time now.
