This must be a hoax, For the annexation of Bouvet Island, Google returns only 21 results including this article. After removing Twitter, Facebook and duplicates, the only two remaining relevant results were only created a few months ago. The only author of the article describes himself as the Press Office of the government of the Republic of Rhodesia. On one of those sites there is a button "What others write about Rhodesia" with a direct link to the article on this site, on the other one the button is named "Click here to learn what really happened since 1980".
