This section should probably go under the Military subhead, or alternatively the Relations with the United States subheading. I would argue for Military )Also, it could go into the [[PLA]] article and maybe a few other places).  There is nothing spectacular about contingency plans (the United States has contingency plans for the Invasion and takeover of Canada, Mexico, China, etc etc tucked away somewhere in the Pentagon).  Giving it its own Section only makes the article look alarmist and conspiratorial.
