Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was a Supreme Court decision released on June 24, 2022 that overturned Roe v. Wade. It was a 6-3 decision, with Justices Alito, Thomas, Barret, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Roberts voting to overturn Roe. Dobbs was perhaps the biggest victory for the pro-life and conservative legal movements in over 50 years.
