Aaron Judge is the outspokenly Christian outfielder for the New York Yankees who tied the (legitimate) home run record of 61 in a 162-game season that had stood for 61 years.[1]
Judge is ethnically bi-racial and was adopted at birth.
His favorite Bible verse is "For we walk by faith, not by sight."[2]

- ↑ Although three players have hit more than 61 home runs in a season, all three -- Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, and Barry Bonds -- are universally considered to have done so by using anabolic steroids, which although not illegal at the time provided an athletic advantage; baseball purists thus consider Roger Maris to have held the legitimate single-season home run record.
