Harry Whittington is a lawyer who was accidentally shot in the face by Vice President Dick Cheney during a hunting trip. Whittington suffered aminor heart attack due to the pellets lodged near his heart. Cheney was officially cleared of any wrongdoing, and Whittington apologized to Cheney for what he had to go through.
