'''''Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization''''' was a [[United States Supreme Court]] decision released on June 24, 2022 that overturned ''[[Roe v. Wade]]'', and is the [[Decision of the Century]]. This decision also overturned [[Planned Parenthood v. Casey]].

The vote was twofold: one part of the decision was 6–3 with Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Alito, Thomas, Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch voting to uphold the Mississippi law under challenge (which prohibited most abortions after 15 weeks from conception) and Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Breyer in opposition. In a separate 5–4 vote, the same Justices (with the exception of Chief Justice Roberts) chose to overturn ''Roe'' in its entirety.
