I Need a Miracle

I Need a Miracle is a Contemporary Christian Music song by Third Day, the initial release from their 2012 Album Miracle.

The origin of the song (which is loosely portrayed in the accompanying music video) came from an unusual source: at a New Jersey "meet and greet", the band met with a couple. Their son had battled depression and had driven deep into a wooded area, planning to kill himself where he would never be found. However, he turned on the radio and heard the Third Day song, Cry Out to Jesus, which gave him encouragement not to end his life (their son wasn't with them, as he was embarking on his future as a missionary).
