The Srebrenica massacre was the slaughter of some 8,000 Bosnian Muslims by guerrilla forces of the Army of Republika Srpska, during the Bosnian War. The massacre occurred in the Bosnian territory of Srebrenica. 11 incidences of violence from 13 July to 22 July left approximately 8,373 men dead.[1]
After the war, Bosnia formally accused Serbia of genocide.
