Icons of Evolution is a book by Jonathan Wells. In it, Mr. Wells describes certain myths often used to illustrate evolutionary theory, and explains why they are incorrect. In the late 1970's Mr. Wells decided through his studies, conversations with God, and prayer to devote his life to destroying Darwinism. [1]

A number of scientists have thoroughly rebutted every claim Mr. Wells makes in his book. [2]
