This article is mostly parody. There are a number of Google hits for KwaSizabantu Mission, none of which mention "miracle AIDS cures". Furthermore, the mission was alleged to have collaborated with the authorities during Apartheid, probably why the parody was created in the first place. And the language, "black & white men" just smacks of parody. PJimskins 19:06, 26 June 2007 (EDT)
