Albert Wohlstetter (Dec 19, 1913 - Jan 10, 1997) was a professor of mathematics at the University of Chicago, policy analyst for the RAND Corporation, and military strategist for the United States government. He was Paul Wolfowitz's Ph.D. advisor at the University of Chicago.
Albert Wohlstetter received his a B.A. from the City College of New York in 1934, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Columbia University near the end of the 1930s. His wife was the influential military intelligence analyst Roberta Wohlstetter. He has one daughter, Joan Wohlstetter Hall.
