====Kafka trap====
A Kafka trap (named after Austrian writer Franz Kafka, author of ''The Trial'') is a form of argument from ignorance which involves someone making an accusation against an opponent (e.g. sexism or racism), then when the opponent denies the accusation, the accuser uses the denial or any attempt by the opponent to defend him/herself as "proof" of the opponent's "guilt" despite lack of evidence by the accuser.<ref>[http://esr.ibiblio.org/?p=2122 Kafkatrapping]</ref> This sophistical rhetorical device is a favorite tactic of [[social justice warrior]]s and other leftists against their ideological opponents and operates strictly on presumption without evidence by the leftists who use this tactic.
