On May 21, 2025, Egyptian born Arab Muslim immigrant from Kuwait, Mohamed Sabry Soliman (b. 1979), 45, planned for a full year to attack the peaceful group calling for release of hostages held by Hamas since its ked atrocities attacjs on Oct 7, 2023. He posed as a gardner and awaited the group marching, then unleashed fiery devices to burn the people mostly elderly while shouting "Palestine is free," He used two molotov cocktails, in addition he had several more devices with gas ready. He didn't plan on surviving, leaving a journal, his phone at home. Soliman later told authorities that “he wanted to kill all Zionist people and wished they were all dead,” and that he would do it again. he had tried to buy a gun but could not because he was not a legal citizen. He overstayed his visa as of March 2025 Soliman also faces potential charges of assault, causing serious injury to an at-risk adult or someone older than 70 and other felony offenses.

Twelve people were injured in what Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, whose mother was born in a concentration camp and whose grandparents survived the Holocaust, said appeared to be an antisemitic "hate crime." The injured are ages 52 to 88. One was in critical condition.

Noted: 'This is the direct result of the ongoing smear campaign pushed by the mainstream media, Democrat leaders, and academic elites claiming that Israel, engaged in a military action in Gaza to root out the Hamas terror network and recover the remaining hostages.'

Asserting that the media sources responsible for the “libelous allegations” owe an apology and should “recant their fake news.” That the “reckless and irresponsible” reporting of major American news outlets, including the New York Times, the Associated Press and CNN, on the humanitarian situation in Gaza, the reports were “contributing to the antisemitic climate” which resulted in the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington and an attack on pro-Israel demonstrators in Colorado. In particular, Huckabee noted that the media outlets had reported claims that Palestinians seeking food boxes from the Gaza Humanitarian Fund were killed by the GHF, a claim that was proven false by the Israeli military.
