:As for the second page, I believe you would, for example, re-name the first page "JM (biography)" and then name another page "JM senate career" and then copy over his senate stuff to that page, and link to it. Those would still probably be large pages, so another page called "retrospective views" could be created, etc...

Categories should be upper cased. Always! United States Law, not United States law. At least here in the United States, that is proper.
