The '''War on [[Terrorism]]''' is a collective term used to refer to several military operations with the stated goal of "ending international terrorism".  It's going about as well as those other notable military actions against abstract nouns, the [[War On Drugs]] and the [[War on Poverty]], but much less well than the [[Cold War|War On Communism]].

The War on Terrorism is a collective term used to refer to several military operations with the stated goal of "ending international terrorism". It's going about as well as those other notable military actions against abstract nouns, the War On Drugs and the War on Poverty, but much less well than the War On Communism.
