The reason for the invasion was because Saddam Hussein (a noted atheist liberal) was hoarding weapons of mass destruction. No wait, it was liberating the people from a dictatorial regime. Actually, no, it was a front in the war on terror all along.
The Occupation has been conducted with perfect care and civility, including friendly abuse of Iraqi citizens in happy camps. Better still, the country has descended into civil war, leading to the rise of religious extremism, clearly a force for good.
So far, we have whooped over 650,000 of them A-rabs.[1] Go USA!
