Gordon B. Hinckley (June 23, 1910 - January 27, 2008) was the 15th president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hinckley served for over 12 years as President of the church, 14 years as counselor in the First Presidency and 20 years as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
