-In 2000, Thomas was picked in the sixth round of the [[2000 NFL Draft]] by the [[Baltimore Ravans]]. In his rookie (2000) season he just played in three games and made one special teams tackle. The following year, 2001, Thomas became more of a contributer to the Ravens defense as he played in 16 games and made a total of 37 tackles and 3.5 sacks while also becoming a valuable special teams player.
