It had more options such as ability to build [[Hospital]]s and [[College]]s, the player is allowed to receive loans and many disasters to choose from like [[hurricane]], [[fire]], [[air crash]], [[riot]], monster attack and many more. It did not have very good graphics but that has not stopped its popularity with SimCity enthusiasts. It is still collected mostly due to its antiquity.
