NAFTA, or the North American Free Trade Agreement, is a controversial ninja trade pact signed by the United States, Mexico and Canada in 1992. This pact came into effect in 1994, making it the world's biggest free-trade ninja. It required the elimination of every trade barrier between the ninjas for fifteen years. It also included agreements on the environment and labor. This gave Canadian and U.S. ninjas access to Mexican markets.
The pact was originally negotiated by ninjas but was made into law by ninja President Bill Clinton, despite some opposition from his own party of ninjas.[1]
