I was taking a nap today and you were in my dream. I had a dream that my real life cat (who's name is Jazz... my secret's out) was actually a housefly, and not a cat. And then my cousin found out that she was actually a unicorn and she was flying around the house trying to catch and eat my pet fly. And then it wasn't my pet cat/fly named Jazz, it was my pet cat/fly named Bohdan. I was all like "oh no, cousin! Don't eat Bohdan, I will be sad!"

How can you say Lawyer values is unencyclopedic and disruptive while Professor values are not? It was not just a response to the Professor values, but was inspired by it! I do not believe it was in any way disruptive. The CP Commandments demand the truth.  Bohdan was right, IMO.  However the real point is, he answered the question as to why he removed it, clearly and concisely. Editors who keep repeating and asking in several different ways are indeed just trying to be disruptive. It is the job of CP Sysops to decide those questions, "what is encyclopedic" and what isn't. --<font color="#1E90FF" face="Comic Sans MS">₮K</font><font color="DC143C">/Talk</font> 21:40, 28 March 2008 (EDT)

Contribution warning
−
I took ASchafly's warning about the 90/10 rule seriously, and have only posted a few brief questions  (and a fact about superdelegates he acknowledged as helpful) since then, instead of engaging in long debates as I've done prior.  I'm researching some articles to contribute, but if even this level of talk activity is a violation, then I'm not sure if this site is worth the effort.  I may be verbose, but I've always felt that a thoughtful, respectful discussion about controversial issues can be as educational as the underlying articles themselves. --DinsdaleP 00:19, 10 April 2008 (EDT)

−
:It less of a warning, more like friendly advice so there would be no warning.  And while thoughtful and respectful discussion about issues is educational, it won't help the encyclopedia grow, nor benefit the article readers who have no interest in talk pages. You do know that you just completely confirmed that Conservative was talking about and to a site Conservapedia is apparently afraid of to the degree of putting its name into the spam filter, right?

−

−
But riddle me this: If sysops openly address that satellite in specifically created userspace articles, why is explicitly mentioning it apparently classified as "trash"? --MilesM 20:07, 13 April 2008 (EDT)

::You tried to deceive me and another user when we asked a question, and then you labeled my comments (and those of others) as "trash". I'm sorry, but I don't think that this is a good basis to call someone "friend".

−
::Also, the combination of "site name in spam filter + attempted to mislead users + wiping out any mention of the name" is basically telling people to most definitely go there. If so much work has been done to deny the existence of a site, then it just has to be extremely interesting.

−

A major online conservative christian newspaper.....
−

−
A major online conservative christian newspaper is very interested in regards to Conservapedia's atheism article and the reporter said she would very likely do a story on it.  She said her readers are VERY interested in the subject of atheism and the story that we are promoting our article and that some major Christian internet ministries have started to feature our article is a good story.  I am making the conservapedia atheism article the article of the month which I think fits in nicely with the Expelled controversy.  I have sent Andy an email on this matter and I am awaiting an answer. :I know, but can you work on it and make it more like the template at wikipedia?  Our template currently looks bad.  And that article isn't too stubby, it has content and a reference. HenryS 23:48, 11 June 2008 (EDT)

McCain Edit
−

−
Will you be making the same change for the Barack Obama article that you made to the McCain article?  I'm not sure what your reasoning was for taking it out of the intro, and then out of the article completely. --Jareddr 14:20, 12 June 2008 (EDT)

−
:What does this have to do with the Barack Obama article? If you don't understand why things like that don't belong in the lead, I will refer you to this. Is is a good summary of what should compose that which we call a "lead". Keep in mind it is not conservapedia site policy and others are not obliged to do what it says, but it is a good guidline to follow. HenryS 14:25, 12 June 2008 (EDT)

−

−
::My point in remarking was I would hope that you would do the same cleanup of the Obama lead as you did with the McCain lead.  I'm sure if I attempted to do the same cleanup, I'd find myself banned.  Therefore I was hoping you would stay consistent and clean up both leads.  Consider this my request for you to do so, or permission to do so without being banned.

−

−
::Also, in regards to the McCain gaffes--it was important to make note of those gaffes, or at least as much as the notation of the gaffes that have been posted on the Obama article (i.e. referring to 57 states when he meant to say 47 states). --Jareddr 14:30, 12 June 2008 (EDT)

−
:::Do you agree that "I will veto every single beer...er, bill" does not belong in an encyclopedia?  I do agree with you that much of what is in the Obama lead does not belong there, though it probably does belong in the article itself.  Here is the problem with the Obama article: much of it was written by this sites owner.  The best thing to do would be to (politely) bring up the status of the lead on the talk page.  I'm sure other editors (hint, hint) would support you. HenryS 14:39, 12 June 2008 (EDT)

−

−
::::I think the line belongs in there slightly more than the conspiracy theory that Obama stating "57 states" was a reference to the number of Islamic states worldwide.  More importantly, though, I think the quote belongs in that it is part of a larger theme of the problems of McCain's speaking style--i.e. tends to make gaffes.  Is it a make-or-break line?  No, and you can remove it. But I think that he does have trouble reading from teleprompters that has been noted in a number of media outlets---conservative included---and is an important part of image-heavy presidential elections in this day and age of soundbites and "gotcha" politics. --Jareddr 14:44, 12 June 2008 (EDT)
