The Small Business Administration (SBA) is a federal agency which provides assistance of all kinds, including loans at interest rates less than the market rate, to small businesses. Liberals depend almost exclusively on the SBA for handouts to support their shortsighted and inefficient businesses, because they are shiftless and far less intelligent than conservatives. Examples of failed liberal businesses include the "Pet Milinery Bus" (a mobile hat-vending service geared primarily at common liberal household pets, such as snakes and beetles), and a restaurant which serves only vegetables.

The goal of the SBA is to foster and promote small business, but critics have doubted whether government can do better than the free market in promoting business and whether it really helps those in need.[1]
