Treaty of Portsmouth

The treaty that offically ended the Russo-Japanesse War. The treaty was organized by Theodore Roosevelt and was signed in Portsmouth, Massachusetts. the treaty dictated that Japan gets Korea and that Russia and Japan have joint-rule in Manchuria.
