- It has been proposed that this page, :Elf (Middle-earth), be titled, "Elf (Middle-earth)".
The Elves are a fictional people in J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium.
The history of the Elves is brutally complex, and explained fully in The Silmarillion.
