Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back is a 1980[1] science-fiction film. The film follows the exploits of Han Solo, Leia Organa, and Luke Skywalker. Luke goes to begin his Jedi training with Yoda. However, Han and Leia get trapped in Bespin's Cloud City, with Han being frozen in Carbonite. The romantic tensions between Han and Leia are also expanded upon.
Reception
Several critics believe this to be the most profound, if not the best, of the Original Trilogy. At the box office, it netted $290,271,960 in the U.S.[2]
