According to gay rights activists, the Nazis targeted homosexuals during the holocaust. While estimates homosexuality among men hover around 2% (scientists) or 10% (advocates), the percentage of homosexual concentration camp internees marked with the "pink triangle" was only 0.1%.
One source the activists cite as evidence of targeting is the National Holocaust Museum.[1]
