There's an 800 number you can call. You must endure a 15-second advertisement, but at around 10 cents a minute your call will be cheaper than a $1.50 charge - if completed in less than 15 minutes.
You can also text a lookup request to GOOGL (without the E). Average cost of texting is 15 cents per message (each way).
