:The "outlaws" as you call them did not become troublemaking, vandalizing sorts because they were blocked for dissent.  Few if any of them ever dissented, which is to say, they never argued a point.  They came, they vandalized, thinking themselves clever, added nothing to the dialogue, and were rightly banned.  Calling reasonable action ideological is a real stretch from reality.
