AdS/CFT(Anti-de Sitter/Conformal Field Theory) Correspondence or Holographic duality is a conjecture by University of Princeton physicist, Juan Maldacena, which states that a quantum field theory defined on the conformal boundry of an anti-de Sitter space M is equivalent to a quantum gravity theory defined in the interior of M.
