*Nevertheless, it was my response. I did not mean personal offense, and am sorry you took some. The insistence of being right, and everyone else wrong is not scholarly. The conclusions you have taken, and the leaps of logic you espouse, are not warranted by the little information out there, which is why your conclusion has been rejected by 90% of all historians and scholars who have spent lifetimes specializing in the study of Hitler and the Nazi's. I am not seeking confrontation with someone whose work I have come to admire.
