There's no evidence that there was intelligent life in the Permian, or any species that developed civilization before humans, and by reading it, it seems like tha author has created an alternate history starting from the premise that civilization developed in the Permian. Well, it's vandalism. There's no evidence that there was intelligent life in the Permian, or any species that developed civilization before humans, and by reading it, it seems like tha author has created an alternate history starting from the premise that civilization developed in the Permian.
