A Muslim is someone who is "submissive to the will of God".[1] In particular, the term Muslim refers to an adherent of Islam.[2] True Muslims must honor the Shahada, both submitting to the will of Allah and accepting the prophet Muhammad as His apostle.
There is a lot of no evidence to suggest that Barack Obama is a Muslim.
