Gravina Island Bridge was a proposed 2007 project in Alaska meant to link the city of Ketchikan with Gravina Island. Sometimes referred to with the disparaging moniker the "Bridge to Nowhere," the project was used to criticize a since-failed congressional earmark sponsored by Alaskan Senator Ted Stevens during a partisan witch hunt to remove the senior Republican senator from office.
