I'm really, really old.
I've been married for 19 years and am the mother of 2 wonderful teenaged sons, who are homeschooled.
We have 11 cats, 2 hamsters, several frogs and a tankful of crayfish. The cats have made it their life's work to get into either the hamster cage or the crayfish tank.
Two years ago, I suffered kidney failure because of a very rare auto-immune disease called Goodpasture's Syndrome. I have been on hemo-dialysis ever since and am waiting for a kidney tranplant. In March 2009, my husband and I took classes so we could do my dialysis at home, with my husband acting as technician.
