Andy, I just didn't like that news headline calling Christie a RINO, when his entire campaign was about cutting spending, cutting taxes, reducing regulation, and law-and-order. I'm very proud of Governor-elect McDonnell and Governor-elect Christie.  [[User:Chippeterson|Chippeterson]] November 4, 2009

:Christie started looking more and more like a conservative near the end of the campaign.  Steve Lonegan endorsed and campaigned with him.  Chris Smith endorsed him.  Corzine even ran ads criticizing Christie as a conservative!  So you may be right, and the news headline was premature.  But those are goals of news items: be out in front, be timely, and be provocative.  Sorry if it was misguided.--[[User:Aschlafly|Andy Schlafly]] 21:48, 4 November 2009 (EST)
