The Polar Bear (Ursus Maritimus) is a species of bear found in extreme northerly climates.
They have thick blubber to keep warm and white fur for camouflage. They are the only natural predator of mankind.
Changes in the Earth's climate are threatening the polar bear's habitat and the survival of the species:The current world population is estimated at around 20-25,000 [1], and shrinking.
It is theorized by Creation science that Polar Bears may not have entered Noah's Ark ark but, as they are strong swimmers, may have simply clung to icebergs during the Great Flood and then returned to their original habitats during the Post-Diluvian Diasporas.
