Inskip Elementary School shootings took place February 10, 2010 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Police charged teacher Mark Stephen Foster with two counts of attempted first-degree murder after the open fire on the Principle Elisa Luna and Assistant-Principle Amy Brace. Luna is in critical condition and Brace is in stable condition. The shootings occurred in the administrative offices of the school shortly before 1 p.m., just after students were sent home due to snow. [1]
