Inskip Elementary School shootings took place February 10, 2010 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Police charged teacher Mark Stephen Foster with two counts of attempted first-degree murder after he opened fire on the Principle Elisa Luna and Assistant-Principle Amy Brace. Luna is in critical condition and Brace is in stable condition.
