Welcome!

Hello, Welcome, and welcome to Conservapedia!

We're glad you are here to edit. We ask that you read our Editor's Guide before you edit.

At the right are some useful links for you. You can include these links on your user page by putting "{{Useful links}}" on the page.

Thanks for reading, Welcome!

Template: Welcome
Use on User talk pages
Use for To provide a welcome message.
Category template applies to page (none)
Template Parameters
(See using templates).
Name Purpose Required? Comment
1 The user name no (see note) Defaults to the page name
sig The signature of the editor posting the welcome ("~~~~" will do) no

NOTE: Parameter 1 is effectively obsolete, as the default is the page name. It can still be used if (a) the template is not placed on a user's talk page (or user's page) (when would that happen?) or (b) if there is a need to use a different name than the user's actual page name (e.g. a user name might be fredp but his signature is set to read FredP).
