Can anyone explain to me how this chart is encyclopedic material? It seems much more like cruft. Zondergard
I added emphasis to the noted exceptions on the bottom half to match the top half (Kerry's bold states go down 35ranks, Bush's bold states will now go up 25 ranks). Myk 21:38, 17 March 2007 (EDT)
