Halton Arp is an American astronomer who for the reason of not believing in the Big Bang hypothesis was banned from using a telecope time and in this way forced to emigrate from the US. It presently lives in Germany conducting his reaserch of quasars that he consideres rather local than remote objects contradicting the idea of expanding universe and confirming the idea that the universe is stationry as it was proven in 1985 [1].
